So, to make it you need to mix 40 % percent of sand, 20 % percent of peat moss. It would help to better the aeration of the soil mix as well as the draining of the soil mix.

Fertilizer requirement

Bunny ears cactus have very insignificant requirements when it comes to fertilizers.
